SCHÜCO ASE 80.HI (Lift-slide doors)

Generous aluminum lift and slide balcony door (HS) is a linear sliding system that fully meets all the demands placed on it. The system is very popular among architects because of the possibility to slide the leaves of the weight up to 500 kg which refers to the sash glazed with triple glass of the size up to nearly 3000 x 3000 mm. The depth of sash frames allows glazing of 28 - 60 mm thick. The aesthetic longer handle together with the lift and slide fitting ensure a high level of comfort when handling the sashes. Suitable for the use in modern high-tech architecture providing the possibility of full-height glazing. The door threshold can be embedded in the floor and therefore it provides barrier-free access. The product is the ideal solution for low-energy and passive buildings. When properly directed (S, W, E), the heat gains in the winter period improve the energy efficiency of the house.

• Max leaf weight up to 500 kg, i.e. max leaf size up to nearly 3000 x 3000 mm.
• Low, thermally insulated threshold with stainless steel rails for the travel of sashes.
• High comfort of the handling with leaves, despite their heavy weight. Quiet and smooth movement of leaves.
• For even greater comfort when closing, SmartClose, SmartStop, or e-slide (concealed motor drive) is provided as option.
• Depth of outer frame is 180 (280) mm and of the sash frame 80 mm.
• When combined with other window systems, it is possible to use adapter profiles.
• Narrow front surfaces of the profiles and a large proportion of glazed surface.
• The same sizes of glazing in both moving and fixed leaves ensure an attractive design.
• The door can be equipped with magnetic sensors for the purposes of a mantle protection and lowering heating costs.
• Large format and therefore maximum transparent surfaces for unobstructed view.
• Barrier-free transition between interior/exterior.
• A wide range of designs regarding dimensions and colour solutions.
• Compatibility with other Schüco systems.
